How does Mercedes-Benz Financial Services collect my personal information?	We collect your personal information, for example, when you apply for financing or apply for a lease give us your income information or provide employment information give us your contact information We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies with a Mercedes-Benz or Daimler name; financial companies such as Daimler Insurance Agency LLC; and nonfinancial companies such as Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include automobile dealers and insurance companies.
